First run: released darwin/arm64 CLI over an SSH tunnel to a shared Linux Docker host. Operator images were building on that host concurrently. 35655 completed, zero SQL failures, 191 skipped arrivals and 19 completed transactions over the 2000 ms deadline. This run does not establish compliance with that latency target. Do not attribute delays to a specific cause from this uncontrolled run. The next run removes CLI network round trips and occurs after compilation; it is a separate measurement, not a replacement for these results.
